steve's Saturn like Saturday

I make no apologies for what follows, no excuses either....just the facts, laid bare:

• 2 Weet-a-bix
• 1 slice of toast with marmite
• *Walk into town*
• 2 Pints of lager
• Turkey Thai Curry with brown rice
• 1 large bottle of white wine ( like, i think we're talking 2 small bottles really) missus has lost all respect for me, so much so my little evening exercise was cancelled!
