And how many GIPS for the beer Nige? per pint, hmmmm...5?...8 maybe?...come on, in your little book, I know it'll tell you, so let's have a little honesty round here, and while we're at it, what's "more exercise"? when it's at home?...oh, well...blog THAT too please, we'll defo leave Nick for dust on that count
You're allowed 10 units of alcohol a week. No points.
"400g tin of tomatoes, celery stick, 2 pickled onions and 1 spring onion". all on the same plate? jeez.
Nige, I is a little confused, not to say worried, about your blogs, for yesterday for example, by 5:30pm or whatever, you've collated all your food and drink intake for that day, all the beer you've drunk, food you've eaten, but, like...you havnae had yir dinner yet, or been down the boozah yet, so HOW do you know how many pints you've "had" for thursday? you see my point, please clarify
I never thought of you as a sore loser Steve. A loser, yes. A sore one, never...
I'll refer you to my role in life - Project Manager.
