neek's monday, same old story
Monday, worst day of the working week
- special k red berries with skimmed milk
- cup of tea
- 2 bananas
- 1/2 melon with ginger
- cup of tea
- 11 strawberries
- bacon, merguez sausages, mushrooms, beans, 2 fried eggs, 2 toasts
- bowl of choc and mint ice cream with wafers
- 3 litres of water through the day
boring, but got a ruby and beers to look forward to tuesday
