dear oh dear Neeeek, deary me, you know binge drinking, for that's what that was last night, isn't good for you, I won't even mention the long term damage it can do to you, your liver, your skin etc, no...what I'm going to say is this:
Ha-ha Hah hah Ha!!!...you fat waster, un-doing all that good work, all that abstaining, the workouts, the light lunches, Oh Neeek...Nick, mate...jesus, you loose now.
looser, moi? i don't think so, look in the mirror my friend ;)
anyway, back on the bread and water today......
You're not a loser Neek, just keep being positive. Everything will be right again soon. You'll see. Got everything crossed for you Neek. Don't let us all down now will you. Just a couple more months to that perfect BMI.
OK, enough of Mr nice guy from me... Don't give me Spinach bhargee in green!!! It's 90% batter!!
nige, i think you're confused mate. spinach (saag) bhaji is just spinach, bit of onion and garlic, spices. no batter. i think you is thinking of pakora, which indeed would be a "red".
Oh, in that case it's a defo GREEN. Must get one of them myself next time. Probably zero rated GIp; for those who follow the GI Point Diet (By Azmina Govindja & Nina Puddefoot, Vermilion, £7.99)
