Drove to St Alabns to meet sister who was buying new carpets from carpets-r-us for her entire house! very exciting, so much so, I bought an off-cut for our dinning room to replace the horrible grey rug we've had in there for years...what has this got to do we eating yir asking yirselves? well, BECAUSE i went to St Albans, I was forced by my sister to...well...it was right next door...and...for lunch see...Oh Christ, look below...

2 wholegrain Toast with marmite. Bloody good start son. well done
For lunch...er...MacDonalds chicken in a flat bread meal, inc. large fries and medium diet coke.
Thai Curry for dinner, even though i wasn't hungry in the least
one pint of Stella, in pub garden
2 bottles of Kroni-beer at home.
1 bottle of white wine
One scone
