Working from home today and we all know what that means.
3 Toast with marmite
Lunch was bacon sarnie, with ketchup, on wholegrain bread
dinner was approx. 6 sausages, thin ones, in a home made (by me) tomato and garlic sauce with 2 handfulls of pasta
3 biscuits
Most of the above, if not all, I'm ashamed of. utterly, utterly...afuggit...Like to take oppo to say cheerio to mate Nick, whose off to Thailand for 2 weeks. Have fun mate, stay safe and come back to us, er, refreshed...n'that

thanks mate, it's one of the better ones i took of myself i have to say, shame about spot on chin (s)though
