Another day, another hangover
4 toast this morning, all white, all with marmite
another chicken slice salad sarnie on wholegrain bread. same as yesterday
Dinner was a beef stew. nice, but not a lot of it...which is good...bottle of red to go with it, which is bad.
a number of biscuits
No exercise, of any sort, at all, over the weekend. hence depression induced eating

u bet i am!...it's been running away from me lately, so yeah, let's give it a go.
i thought you boys would like to know that Sainsburys have family-size packets of milk chocolate hobnobs on special, £1.49 a pack, buy 2 packets for two quid.
