Tue-ey day for Nige
There's a phrase amongst Aussies and Kiwis: "Heathrow Injection" It means you go to England, normally via Heathrow unless you're trying to avoid immigration, and you put on weight. At 6am this morning, I discovered why. Terminal 4 does a mean bacon, sausage and egg panini.
- porridge oats with water [3]

- mozzarella, tomato & spinach ciabatta [6]
- pear [0.5]
- minestrone Slim-a-Soup [0]
- 3 pints of Carling (6 units)
- duck pizza[7]
- e-Poo (Redbull vodka cocktail - 2 units)
- 2 more pints of Carling (4 units)
Total 24.5 units, 12 units alcohol.
