Did anyone ready the article in one of the weekend papers about the experiment on mice? You Neeek? you read it in the Telegraph? what about you Nige? read it in The Sun?..well, it was about scientist starving a controlled set of mice and feeding normally another set of mice to see if it had an effect on the length of time they lived. Guess what? the half starved mice lived longer. Guess what? There's now a human diet system that claims to prolong life by, you guessed it, half starving people. There were pictures of emaciated blokes happy that, even though they were constantly hungry, even though their food intake consist of water, mainly, they were gonna live to 120 years of age!...ah well, no chance of that with you boys eh?...

Actually, I can't moan about yesterday really, check it lads, Steve's BACK!...here's why:
One hobnob, yes, for breakfast, thass right
Swim, sauna, steam
bowl of special K
boiled egg + salad sarnie for lunch, on white bread
Fish Paella
Little light exercise!
