steve's freaky thursday

last but one blog, decided tomorrow will be my last entry...
so..
swim in morning, had pool to myself, so powered across lanes, butterfly, breast and crawled it's ass! big time. yah boy

gym - 50 site ups, bike 3 km, weights, no cross trainer though, they were cleaning them all..or summat...went back into pool area for my last sauna of the year...that's right, no more gym for me this year!
tuna on brown bread sandwich
bacon and spicey tomato with pasta, made missus remove a third of pasta on my plate before i tucked in.
no fat yogurt
coupla biscuits
